For extended stays of 30 nights or more, we offer special discounts and priority booking. After an overnight stay, additional grooming or care services such as baths and nail trimmings are available to ensure your pet looks and feels their best.

Please inform our staff of any special items or instructions needed for your pet’s care. We require up-to-date vaccination and health documentation for all pets, and will check these records before your pet’s stay. Owners must bring vaccination receipts or travel health certificates at drop-off. Pets must be brought in with proper documentation and in appropriate carriers or enclosures. Owners are responsible for ensuring all requirements are met before boarding. Our staff watch pets closely for any changes in health or behavior to ensure their well-being. As part of our enrichment activities, we provide a special treat to make your pet’s stay more enjoyable. Be sure to provide the correct date for your reservation and your pet’s vaccinations. If you need to change your reservation dates or services, changes made more than 7 days in advance are allowed with no fee.
